Spaceship Earth – EPCOT – Walt Disney World

By Paul on August 6th, 2011

Spaceship Earth - EPCOTDuring our family trip in December of 2010, our friends Collin and Betsy were also at WDW with their daughter Haley.  Collin and I decided to meet on this night back at EPCOT after we put our girls to bed.  Collin enjoyed some EPCOT beverages as I photographed World Showcase.

As we were heading to the exits, I decided to grab just a few more shots.  Spaceship Earth against this strangely color sky appealed to me.  The odd sky did provide for some unique colors for the sights of EPCOT.  Other photographers were able to take advantage of this as well!  View Tom Bricker’s EPCOT photo from that night.

For the composition of this image, I wanted to incorporate the walkway, attraction queue and the Palm trees to provide a path for the eye to Spaceship Earth.  Remember to look around your subject for features that can add to your composition.
